1984-1991
In 1984, Olimpio Dadda founded Italtergi,
initially focusing on marketing wiper
systems for the Italian market.
In 1986, the company began manufacturing
wiper arms and mechanisms.
In 1991, the second generation,
the three Dadda brothers, took over company
operations and began a major phase
of industrial and commercial growth.
1992-2008
Since 1992, Italtergi has expanded its range
of electric motors and wiper systems,
offering 12V, 24V, and 48V motors with
torque ranging from 12Nm to 120Nm.
In 1997, we became one of the first Italian
companies to achieve ISO 9002 quality certification.
In 2000, the company moved to its new headquarters
in Codogno, with three industrialized motor lines.
Starting from France and Germany, Italtergi
quickly expanded international sales across all Europe
and into major international markets like Brazil and China.
By 2005, Italtergi was among the pioneers in developing
wiper systems for curved glass.
2009-2012
In 2009, Italtergi achieved the
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The following year, the company
expanded into the camper and
avionic sectors, strengthening its
presence in both European and
international markets.
In 2011, Italtergi received the UNI EN
ISO 14001:2004 certification for
environmental management systems.
By 2012, the company had installed
100kW of solar panels and
implemented SAP as a new ERP system.
2013-Today
From 2013 until today, Italtergi has invested in
increasingly automated and innovative production
processes to meet the demands of a more
challenging market. In 2018, the company obtained
the IATF 16949 certification for quality in the
automotive sector. In 2022, always attentive to
sustainability, Italtergi began purchasing electricity
with a 100% renewable energy guarantee of origin.
In 2023, the company underwent a change in
ownership: the majority share was acquired by the
Private Equity fund PM&Partners (https://pm-partners.it/en),
with the aim of further expanding and strengthening
its global presence.
