Founded in 1984 by Olimpio Dadda, Italtergi initially focused on selling wiping systems for the Italian market. In 1991, the second generation of the Dadda family took over management, driving industrial and commercial growth. Over the years, Italtergi expanded its range of wiping systems and electric motors, introducing innovations such as wiping systems for curved glass and 12V, 24V motors ranging from 10Nm to 110Nm. The company obtained key certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, and strengthened its global presence, particularly in Europe, Brazil, and China. In 2023, the majority stake was acquired by PM&Partners to further support international growth.
